Apply to the Zero Returns to Homelessness Cohort Offered by The Council of State Governments

In partnership with the Bureau of Justice Assistance (a component of the Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs), The Council of State Governments Justice Center is offering state teams a unique opportunity to participate in its first Zero Returns to Homelessness Cohort. This cohort, conducted in partnership with the Corporation for Supportive Housing, will provide up to six teams with free and extensive technical assistance support focused on solidifying long-term reentry housing plans, leveraging community leaders and resources, collaboration across state and local systems, and achieving a real, concrete expansion in the amount of housing available to people in reentry.

Teams interested in participating must submit their application by 6:00 p.m. PT on Monday, August 12, 2024. Finalist teams may be asked to attend additional virtual meetings during the week of August 26, 2024. The selected participants will be notified during the week of September 2, 2024.
