The Texas Judicial Commission on Mental Health (JCMH) has recently shared a video on early intervention. The video also discussed the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 16.22 and Mental Health Bonds.

JCMH was created to develop, implement, and coordinate policy initiatives designed to improve the courts' interaction with - and the administration of justice for - children, adults, and families with mental health needs.
